• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice.
• Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.
• Custom cake enquiries are quoted individually; a quote is not a confirmed order until accepted and paid.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation terms depend on the product and stage of preparation. Please contact us as soon as possible.
• Refunds, where applicable, are issued at our discretion in line with South African consumer protection law.

5. Custom Cakes

Custom cake designs are guided by your enquiry and our confirmation. Slight variations in handmade products may occur. Inspiration images you submit must not infringe third-party copyright.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, images, text) is owned by De Vlaming Bakery and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, De Vlaming Bakery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
